About me

I am a certified UESCA Ultrarunning Coach with many years of experience at distances from 50 km to 200+ km. In 2024 I won silver in my age group (M45) at the Swedish Championship in 24-hour running.I combine my own competitive experience with a scientifically grounded education – with the goal of helping you become a stronger and more durable runner.

Training philosophy

Consistency beats perfection.
The right training over time beats isolated hard weeks.

Aerobic base first. The majority of training takes place at low intensity – this is where the physiological foundation is built.

Executable beats optimal. A plan you actually follow is always better than the perfect plan that stays on paper.

The right work at the right time. Far from the goal we work on what you need to improve. Closer to race day, training is shaped toward the specific – terrain, elevation, pace.

More than miles and elevation. Ultra and long-distance running requires preparation on multiple fronts – pacing, energy, mental strength and logistics.

The individual matters. What works for one doesn't necessarily work for another – your programme is shaped by your everyday life and your conditions.
